The 600-step climb up the Lake Shasta Caverns can be viewed as a challenge to many. But we, the Boys Freshman class of 2022, undertook it nonetheless, and upon doing so, realized that it was definitely worth it.

MathWorks Math Modeling Challenge

On a cloudy March morning, a group of four Honors Discrete Math Boys School Students gathered inside the Odyssey II Building at 7:00 am to participate in the M3 Mathematical Modelling Challenge. The challenge, spanning 14 consecutive hours, exhausted the wits and the patience of the four students.

Boys Sophomore Class Retreat

Friday evening marked the beginning of our journey. It was pouring when we set out into the darkness of Lake County; by the time the drive ended, we found ourselves facing an elevated mountain home situated in the clouds. With two class members missing, we six sophomores had agreed to partake on a two-day retreat, with little indication of what would occur.
