With big smiles on their faces, the elderly nuns enjoyed an entertaining afternoon at the Tower of Blessings; with breathtaking performances such as powerful drumming, graceful dancing, and much more.

Usually, Honoring Elders Day is a day where students of Developing Virtue Secondary School (DVSS) put forth a display of performances for the elders from the public. However, due to COVID-19 restrictions, the City of Ten Thousand Buddhas was unable to host a public crowd. Therefore, on October 23, the students of DVSS decided to offer their talents to the elderly nuns at the Tower of Blessings in honor of their contribution and hard work towards the community.

Special thanks to the elderly nuns for allowing us to perform. Thank you to all of our elders for their care and contribution. Thank you to all the teachers and students who put in countless hours of work to make this event possible!
