On a lovely late summer day, the kindergartners and first graders explored an Evan-Moor STEM Challenge, an engaging science project aligned with the Next Generation Science Standards. In pairs, they arranged wooden blocks in creative patterns, constructing unique, multi-layered towers. The little engineers then named their creations: Leaning Tower, World of Peace, Skyscraper, and Throne Room.
