IGDVS prepared care packages for our students, families, and teachers. The care packages contain gifts attached to a postcard representing one of the four infinite states of mind.

Loving Kindness: the wish for the happiness of self and others.

Compassion: the wish that others be free from anguish and misfortune.

Empathetic Joy: the attitude of taking delight in the happiness and good fortune of others.

Equanimity: an even-mindedness in regarding all with neither attachment nor aversion.
