It was a peaceful day, the breeze was light, the sun warm but tender. On the morning of Thursday, June 5th, teachers and students slowly gathered around the picnic benches.

The air carried not only the scent of fried noodles and freshly baked bread but also a feeling of shared appreciation—for the lessons taught, the patience offered, and the countless moments that made up the school year. As music and dance filled the space between laughter and applause, The girls school began their 2025 teachers banquet.

Our school’s Chinese Orchestra and 7th to 10th grade dance class performed. Teachers and students shared delicious food, laughed together, and cheered for every performance.
The 2025 Teachers’ Banquet started off with a variety of performances, there were beautiful poems and dances and songs like “You Raise Me Up,” 你笑起来真好看 (“Your Smile is So Beautiful”), “What Makes You Beautiful,” and “I Want to Say Thank You.” The atmosphere was full of energy and joy.
Teachers handed out awards to students to recognize their accomplishments and hard work. The school also prepared surprise “blind box” gifts for the teachers, along with heartfelt thank-you cards written by students.

The whole event felt warm and heartfelt. As students performed and everyone enjoyed their time together, it was a reminder of how lucky they all were to be supported by such caring educators. Thank you to all our teachers for everything you have all done to support us!
