This is by far the most looked forward day for all Boys School students. It’s the last day of school! Finally, we are released from our moral duties of being the obedient, rule-abiding students we once were and have fun.

On this day, certificates of excellence were handed out. Students were given hearty pats and thunderous clapping. Students whose names were called were excited and happy, some even showed signs of wild surprise and bewilderment! Then everyone started clapping and laughing.

Even though the certificates were made of paper, a material not worth mentioning, what makes them most treasured and sought after is the feeling attached to each of them: the hard work and sweat to the certificate of approval itself.

A scrumptious lunch was enjoyed by parents, teachers, and students alike during the ceremony. Teacher appreciation gifts especially purchased from China and brought from Malaysia consisting of a thermo-flask and a pen were also given out to the teachers who had worked really hard in creating a conducive learning environment for the students.

Thank you to all teachers, for your hard work this entire year.
And to the students: CONGRATULATIONS! You have finally made it.
