The App Design for Social Good Challenge presents an opportunity for student problem solvers and designers in 4th grade and above to propose a mobile app that enhances the quality of life in Ukiah. Participants can work independently or collaborate as a team to identify specific issues in the local community and propose mobile app solutions that address them. With no coding experience required, this challenge can help you elevate your problem-solving and mobile app design skills, ignite your creativity, and contribute to making Ukiah a better place for everyone to live, work, and play.

Winning teams will receive recognition certificates from the College of Business at San Jose State University and a donation voucher to support a non-profit organization of their choice.
