At Instilling Goodness Developing Virtue School (IGDVS), learning includes opportunities to explore traditional Eastern practices that support physical and mental well-being. This semester, Mr. Loc Huynh leads Tai Chi classes for boys in grades 2–6 and girls in grades 4–6, guiding students through gentle movements that encourage coordination, concentration, and body awareness.

Drawing on his experience in martial arts and Tai Chi, Mr. Loc guides students in learning traditional Tai Chi movements. Through this practice, students have the opportunity to develop coordination, focus, and body awareness while exploring the connection between physical movement and mental well-being.

By incorporating these practices into the curriculum, IGDVS encourages students to grow not only academically but also in mindfulness, self-awareness, and overall well-being.
