On a wonderful Friday afternoon, November 21, 2025, students, parents and teachers came together to celebrate the annual event Gratitude Gala, hosted by the sophomore class. This event brought school clubs together through creative booths to raise money for non-profit organizations.

A variety of different kinds of food, drinks, craft, and more were made with love by the IGDVS community. Guests enjoyed merry chatter with friends while savoring the delicious food and drinks. The gala was not only filled with food and fun, but more importantly, it serves as a meaningful occasion to bring people together.

This year, we raised about $2,000, with donations going to Ukiah Plowshares, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, the Humane Society Of Inland Mendocino, United Disaster Relief of Northern California, and among many other organizations. The gala featured a wide range of booths items, including homemade foods, handcrafts items, fun games, and more. All proceeds went directly to charity, serving as a dedication of both students and teachers in supporting children and their communities.
Special thanks to all students, teachers, and parents for making this event possible—we couldn’t have done it without your support!
