On September 19th, we celebrated Peace Day with a meaningful and joyful program. This year’s theme was “unite in white”, which represented peace and unity.

The day began with a special speech and quote dedicated to the theme of peace. Afterward, we invited all guests and students to join a peace walk to the CTTB gate, reciting “Om Mani Padme Hung” along the way.

Upon returning from the walk, we shared the tradition of breaking bread, enjoying fresh homemade Grainsong bread (sponsored) and hummus prepared by the elementary school. The secondary school students organized booths to support nonprofit organizations and help those in need by raising funds by selling miniature building blocks, keychains, drinks, stickers, crocheted stars, and delicious muffins.

Some of the classes also prepared performances, including a heartfelt poem about peace and a lively dance to the song “Let It Grow.”

It was a beautiful day filled with compassion, creativity, and community spirit. We definitely achieved this year’s symbolic action. Thanks to everyone who helped prepare and participated in this year’s event. Happy Peace Day!
