On September 17, 2024. As we celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival, it is not only an opportunity to honor age-old customs but also a chance to embrace the enduring values of family, friendship, and gratitude. The festival began with a play of Hou Yi and Chang’e acted out by the 9th graders and continued with a song called 水调歌头(Water Melody).

After the wonderful performances, everyone gathered to enjoy some delicious fruits and mooncakes. The mooncakes were a special highlight, as they were made with the support of our amazing teachers and students. It was heartwarming to see everyone come together to create these delightful treats that added an extra layer of joy to our Mid-Autumn Festival celebration.

The air is filled with the tantalizing aroma of freshly baked mooncakes, a delectable treat enjoyed during this festive occasion. These round pastries, filled with sweet lotus seed paste or red bean paste.
