After a great summer, students from DVBS returned to start a new journey.  There were more new students this year so everyone was excited to make new friends. 

The first day was mainly to welcome new students and introduce the school to them. After the flag ceremony, all the students participated in the annual orientation with Dharma Master Hëng Shun. Mr. Pegan also introduced what colleges need to all the middle and high school students. All the students were so excited that they couldn’t sit still, so Mr. Adams had asked the students to stand up and relax for a little while.

Junior high and high school students helped with some school work after orientation. It was a good chance for the students to get familiar with each other.

After a day with excitement, the students returned to their home and prepared for more work to do.
