On the 20th of May, after all the AP exams, the DVBS arranged events for everyone to take a break from the difficult tests. As in previous years, after the flag ceremony, the 3rd-6th graders went to the basketball court and took part in many exciting games such as Capture the Flag, Dodgeball, and Around the World. Unfortunately, time flies when you are having fun. Soon it was time for lunch.

After lunch, it was time for the Junior High and High School students to have some fun. At exactly 12:00, all 7th-12th graders gathered in the library and listened intently to the plan for the afternoon.

First, the students took part in an exciting mystery game. There were five suspects with two actual perpetrators, and the students had to identify them. They had to search the given area for evidence that could help them find the real culprits.

After a tricky round of brainstorming, the boys play several games of Capture the Flag. The game is simple: there are two teams trying to capture the other team’s “flag” and place it next to their own. If they succeed, they get a point. The team with the most points at the end of the time limit wins the game. Each player also has two flags. If both flags are pulled, the player has to go to the “prison” and wait for his teammate to rescue him.

After a while, it was time for the students to go home and the event was over. Finally, we would like to thank all the teachers and ASC members who made this event possible! Thanks also to all the teachers and students who helped to look after the primary school children during the entire event!
